Are Your Suffering From Social Anxiety?

Take The Social Anxiety Test

You may be wondering if the symptoms you have been experiencing are symptoms of social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia. Here is a quick self-test you can take to learn more about the symptoms and discover whether or not you might have social anxiety disorder.

When you are taking the test, answer the questions based on how you have been feeling recently, within the past month. We use the term social situation in some questions, but we mean more than a party or other social gathering. In this case, consider situations (work etc.) in which you are around other people.
